We require a copy of your business license
or tax number, whatever your particular state uses.

will be faxing your business documentation to us. Our
fax # is 903-389-4249. Understand that simply faxing
your information to us does NOT constitute your acceptance as
a wholesale customer.
We stipulate that you must not sell our products for less than
our regular retail price for the same product.
For customers who wish to purchase our cases wholesale for
reselling, we require a minimum purchase of 12 cases. Sizes
and finishes may be mixed.
We do offer drop shipments for some customers who wish to sell
our cases on a website, or through a catalogue. We use UPS for
our shipping in most cases, although we do ship via USPS to
APO addresses. We ship only within the US. For drop shipments,
we require a credit card on file, and will charge your
purchases to the card as the orders are filled. We charge a
handling fee ranging from $6 up, depending on the size and
quantity of cases ordered. If you provide us with your
UPS account number, we can have the actual shipping charges
billed directly to your account, if you do not do that, we
will charge your credit card account for actual UPS charges in
addition to our handling charge. In most cases, we ship items
out on the same day that we receive the order, of course this
is dependant upon our having the item in stock, as well as the time of
day that the order is received.
